more hellos

Here are some recent replies. I actually have not taken pictures of the letters I received last Monday and Tuesday so I will try to get those on ASAP. These are from this Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It is so fun to read the letters and hear from everyone...it might be better than Christmas. A few from this batch are from friends from high school and it is fun to see their handwriting again. It reminds me of homemade birthday cards and passing notes in class...you know things teenage girls like to do. Also please note that my nephew "the tiny" Spencer has sent me the largest reply (the green and blue swirly "abstract" painting below). Perhaps he is unhappy with his nickname. Also can you pick out my graphic designer friends from the bunch? My apologies to Olivia for my addition of blue tape. I couldn't figure out how to get hers open so I cut it open from the top...and then realized it was part of her card. I will have to steal some yellow tape to fix it. Enjoy!

Double Bonus round

I sent out two more yesterday - one because a postcard got lost and the other because I just like to keep things in even numbers.

More Replies

Here are some more replies I have received this week. This project is making me wish I had a better camera to document every thing with. Notice the accounting homework I received (top picture) and the collage from a well know lithographer and BYU art professor Wayne Kimball (the one entitled Birds as surrogates for words). So far so good!

Postcard Confusion

I have had several people send me the wrong part of the postcard in return. I guess my instructions were not very clear :( and I am beginning to worry. If you haven't sent yours and you are not sure which part to send back...I want the big part back...the actual postcard. You can throw away the directions.
